VANILLA, ROSE AND SAFFRON ICE-CREAM

1 litre of vanilla ice-cream – a few saffron stigmata – 50 to 80ml of rose water.

Take the ice-cream out of the freezer and leave it to SLIGHTLY melt a few minutes.
Meanwhile, combine the rose water with the stigmata.
Add this preparation to the ice-cream and mix thoroughly.
Put the ice-cream back to the freezer and leave it to set properly.

    1. Of course not Mona. Buy a Vanilla ice-cream (I buy the one with clotted cream), and you combine it with saffron and rose...Easy...Best, Sixte
