LIGHT BENTO




This Bento is gluten-free


i-PAD VERSION
1 large slice of apple wood smoked ham – 6 little gherkins – 1 large lettuce leave – 3 cherry tomatoes – 3 black grapes – 1 little slice of Emmental (diced) – 6 raspberries – 6 chocolate raisins – some pecan nuts. Dressing :  1 tbsp. of olive oil -  1 tsp of balsamic vinegar – 1 tsp of honey – 1 tsp of mustard.

Prepare the dressing : combine the oil with vinegar, honey and mustard.
Spread the dressing inside the ham.
Add the lettuce leave then the gherkins and tomatoes cut in half.
Roll the ham slice carefully and cut it in 3 pieces.
Dispose in the bento.
Put 1 grape and 1 piece of Emmental in a cocktail stick. Repeat the process.
Dispose in the bento.
Put one chocolate raisin inside a raspberry. Repeat the process.
Dispose in the bento.
Set aside in the fridge.
