1 litre of vanilla ice-cream – a few saffron
stigmata – 50 to 80ml of rose water.
Take the ice-cream
out of the freezer and leave it to SLIGHTLY melt a few minutes.
Meanwhile, combine
the rose water with the stigmata.
Add this
preparation to the ice-cream and mix thoroughly.
Put the ice-cream
back to the freezer and leave it to set properly.
