GOAT CHEESE AND CHORIZO DIP




This recipe is gluten-free !



i-PAD VERSION
1 chorizo (skin off and diced)- 100g of goat cheese – 1 tsp of hot paprika – 1 tsp of concentrated tomato puree (optional).

Purée all the ingredients with a hand blender.
It’s ready!
Best served chilled…
