CARNELIAN SALAD AND ECHO JUICE




Enjoy!, it's gluten-free

i-PAD VERSION 
100g of lentils in can – 1 avocado (diced) –5 radishes (cut in half) – 1 handful of coriander and 1 of fresh mint (finely chopped) -  1 shallot (diced) – 3 tbsp of olive oil – 1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar – 1 chilli – 1tsp of mustard – black sesame.

On a bed of lentils, arrange the avocado with the radishes.
Add the coriander, mint, shallot and chilli. Combine well.
Prepare the dressing with the olive oil, balsamic and mustard.
Add this dressing and toss to combine.
Sprinkle with the black sesame. Serve.

A few slices of cucumber – 1 pear – 1 celery stick - 1cm of fresh grated ginger - the juice of 1 grapefruit – 1 banana – 1 tbsp of almond butter.

Blend everything together until smooth.
Add the almond butter and combine well.
Serve.
