70g of caster sugar – 50g of melted butter – 4
generous tbsp. of peanut butter – 1 egg – 150g of flour – 4g of baking powder –
100g of frozen raspberries – 1 generous handful of peanuts (optional).
Combine together
the sugar with butter, egg, flour, powder and peanut butter.
Add delicately the
raspberries and peanuts.
Pre-heat your oven to 180°.
Form the dough into balls and place them on
a lined baking paper about 5-6 cm apart.
Press on them
slightly with your palm.
Bake for 10-15
minutes.
