WALNUT, COFFEE AND RUM NO-BAKE CAKE






100g of egg biscuits – 125g of soft butter – 4 tbsp of dark sugar – 150g of walnut kernels – 2 egg yolks – 2 tbsp of rum – 1 tbsp of dry coffee.

Blitz the biscuits and kernels in a food processor until beginning to turn to crumb.
Transfer to a bowl and add sugar, yolks, butter, rum and coffee. Mix thoroughly.  
Line a rectangular tin with baking paper.
Press the preparation into the tin.
Set aside in the fridge.
