TUNA IN PAN







Gluten-free recipe!


i-PAD VERSION

1 tuna can – 1 little sweetcorn can (in water) – 100g of onions (frozen for me) – 1 Kub Or (or 1 vegetable cube stock) – a dozen of cherry tomatoes (cut in half) – black sesame.

Fry the onion in a frying pan for 1 minute.
Add the tuna, tomatoes, Kub and sweetcorn.
Stir well and cook for a further 3 minutes.
Sprinkle with the black sesame to serve.
