Gluten-free version
Use UDI'S plain bagels (from large Tesco)
i-PAD VERSION
2 bagels – 2 slices of smoked salmon –
Philadelphia cheese – green salad – some gherkins - cherry tomatoes (cut in
half) – ½ cucumber (diced) – black sesame.
Open and toast the
bagels.
Spread the cheese
on them.
Add the salmon and
gherkins.
Prepare the green
salad with the tomatoes and cucumber.
Sprinkle the black
sesame on the salad.
