KAISERSCHMARRN






Gluten-free version
Use Dove's gluten-free flour and add 1 egg to the preparation.
Follow the original recipe then!




i-PAD VERSION
25cl of milk – 50g of melted butter – 150g of flour – 3 eggs – 100g of caster sugar – icing sugar – plum or apple preserves.
Beat the eggs with the butter, flour, sugar and milk.
Heat a little bit of butter in a pan and pour in the mixture.
Cover the pan and let the “crepe” cook for 5 minutes over medium heat
Flip over the crepe and break it with a wooden spoon
Turn them again several times until golden brown.
Sprinkle icing sugar.
Serve with the plum or apple preserves.
