70g of romp steak (diced) – half a pita bread – 1 tbsp of humous - fresh coriander – chili powder.
1 tbsp of corn – 1 tbsp of cream cheese – 1 tbsp of lentils in can – 1 nori sheet – sesame seed.
A few mozzarella pearls – 3 thick slices of chorizo.
4 blackberries – 1 fig.
A few carrots sticks – a few asparagus tips – anchovies paste.
A few cherry tomatoes – some blackcurrants – some pecan nuts.
Bring water to boil for the asparagus. Cook them 3 mn.
At the same time, fry the romp steak with the chili in a pan for 3 mn.
Reheat the pita bread. Fill it with the steak, humous and coriander.
Mix the cream cheese with the corn, lentils and sesames.
Spread this mixture in the center of the nori sheet. Roll it like a cornet.
Cut the fig in half. Arrange it with the blackberries in the bento.
Arrange the asparagus with the carrots and the paste in the bento.
Put the tomatoes with the blackcurrants and the nuts in the bento.
Arrange nicely the chorizo with the mozzarella pearls.
