SPICY CEREAL BARS EXPRESS







i-PAD VERSION
150g of chocolate chips, dried fruits and nuts (almonds, pistachios, raisins, cranberries, hazelnuts…) – 100g of oat flakes – 70g of melted butter – ¼ tbsp. of chili powder  – 70g of golden syrup.

Preheat the oven to 200° C.
Reduce a little bit the fruits/chocolate/nuts mix in a food processor.
In a bowl, combine well the nuts preparation with the oat, the butter, the syrup and the chili.
Line a rectangular tin with buttered baking parchment.
Pour the mixture into the tin.
Cook for 15-20 minutes.
Set aside to cool.
