  2. This blog is fabulous. So fresh and different from anything else. I tried couple of recipes myself. What I am desperate about though is finding out more about the "refuelling" buffet for a dozen people. As it happens they are all (including my in-laws) coming to visit me on the 4th of May. I have no experience, but want to impress them. Please HELP! Desperate Mary
