1 tuna can – 200g of Penne pasta (5mn quick
cook) – 1 diced onion – very good olive oil – a dozen of black olives (optional)
– fresh grated Parmesan.
Cook the pasta in
boiling water for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, fry the
onion in a pan for 1-2 minutes.
Add the tuna. Stir well
and cook for a further 3 minutes.
Drain the pasta and
return it to the pan.
Add the black
olives. Stir thoroughly.
Cook for a further
2 minutes.
Drizzle with the
olive oil and serve with the Parmesan.
