This recipe is gluten-free
400g of strawberries (sliced) – 200g of blueberries – 1 generous handful of fresh mint (finely chopped) – a few coriander leaves – the juice of 2 lemons – 2 tbsp of honey - 1 square of 99% dark chocolate freshly grated.
Combine delicately in a large bowl all the ingredients.
Set aside in the fridge.
Sprinkle with dark chocolate before serving.
