This is a gluten-free recipe
DOUBLE THE PROPORTIONS
i-PAD VERSION
The juice of a lemon – 2 tbsp of caster sugar - watermelon cubed – 4 hard menthol throat sweets (I
take Foxy’s glacier mint).
In a large bowl,
stir to dissolve the lemon juice with the sugar.
Add the watermelon
and leave to marinate in the fridge.
Meanwhile, put the
sweets between 2 sheets of baking paper and crush with a rolling pin to make a
fine powder.
When serving,
present the crushed sweets in a separate bowl for guests to sprinkle…
You can serve it on
crushed ice if you like…
