MANGO WITH CHILI, LIME AND RUM











1 large mango (diced) – 1 or 2 chili (diced) – 3 tbsp of dark rum – the zest and juice of 1 lime.

Combine the mango with the chili and the zest.
Drizzle with the rum and juice.
Set aside in the fridge before serving.
