HABEMUS PAPAM : CHOCOLATE AND ORANGE BLOSSOM CAKE




Gluten-free version
Use corn flour instead and follow the original recipe then !

i-PAD VERSION

250g of dark chocolate (70 %) – 50g of flour – 3 eggs - 100g of crème fraiche – 150g of butter – 50g of brown sugar – 3 tbsp of orange flower essence.

Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Grease and line a 20cm square tin.
Allow the chocolate to melt completely (MW 2mn @ 360).
Add the crème and butter to the chocolate. Mix thoroughly.
Next, in a bowl, beat the eggs together with the sugar and flour.
Combine the 2 mixtures together and add the orange flower.
Pour the mixture in the rectangular tin.
Bake for 10 minutes.
