Use Dove's Farm gluten-free flour and follow the original recipe.
200g of dark chocolate (grated if possible) – 10cl of milk – 2 eggs (beaten) – 150g of pitted cherries – 25cl of cream – 150g of flour – 100g of melted butter – 50g of sugar.
In a saucepan, bring gently to the boil the cream with the milk.
When it’s boiling, stop the heat and add the chocolate and the eggs. Combine well.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix together the flour with the butter and sugar.
Preheat your oven to 180°.
Butter and line a square tin.
Pour the cherries first then the chocolate preparation and finish with the crumble.
Cook for 25-30 minutes.
