RUB-A-DUB-DUB...: OILS

SWEET ALMOND OIL
Very delicate flavour.  Be careful though, because this oil is very fragile. I would not recommend it for high temperature…Ideal in a salad…

SESAME OIL (NOT TOASTED)
The combinations are endless. In addition, this one is not toasted so may be used in a vegan\raw diet…

AVOCADO OIL
My favourite one. It has no cholesterol. The taste of avocado is subtle… This oil is perfect for stir fry with a twist for example. Divine in s salad as well…

COCONUT OIL
DO NOT USE IT IN COOKING!
This oil contains a very high level in saturated fats and trans fat, like palm oil.
Use it instead as a hair-mask or massage very dry area of your skin with…

You can buy sweet almond, sesame and coconut oil in large Tesco.
You can buy avocado oil in Sainsbury's and Whole Food.

    1. Of course Christine, silly me. I will put a note about it. Almond, coconut and sesame in large Tesco (2 pounds the bottle so it's perfect). Avocado oil in Sainsbury's (or Whole Food). Best, Sixte
