NO-GLUTEN DARLING ?
For the flour, use 200g of DOVE’S FARM gluten-free plain flour
For the baking powder, use 11g of DOVE’S FARM gluten-free baking powder
Use all the ingredients from the “original” recipe. Enjoy
250g of flour – 150g of melted butter – 130g of brown caster sugar – 11g of baking powder – 2 eggs – 200g of white chocolate (chopped fairly and coarsely) – 2 generous tbsp. of maple syrup.
Mix together the flour, butter, sugar, powder, maple syrup and eggs.
Add the chocolate. Combine well.
Freeze the dough for 15 minutes.
Pre-heat your oven to 180°.
Form the dough into balls and place them on a lined baking paper about 5-6 cm apart.
Bake for 10-15 minutes.
