MINT AND BEEF BOULETTES

250g of fresh Aberdeen mince beef – 30g of pine nuts – 1 handful of chopped fresh mint – 2 tbsp of concentrated tomato puree – 70g of chopped shallots – 1 garlic crushed – 50g of ground parmesan – a little jar of “petit- pois” and carrots.

Pre-heat your oven to 210°.
Mix together all the ingredients.
Form little “ball” with your hands.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Meanwhile, reheat the” petit-pois-carrots”  in a saucepan.
Serve with the boulettes.
