BAKE, EAT AND REMEMBER...THE POPPY APPEAL CAKE : PISTACHIO AND RASPBERRY

Thank you so much Magnifica, you are such a lovely horse...

i-PAD VERSION
80g of salted butter – 85g of caster sugar – 25g of pistachio paste – 2 eggs – 20g of crème fraîche – 80g of flour – 2g of baking powder – 100g of raspberries (frozen for me) – a pinch of salt.

Pre-heat your oven to 180°.
In a bowl, whisk the butter with the sugar and the pistachio paste.
Add the eggs, the crème and sift together the flour, baking powder and salt. Combine well.
Butter and line a loaf tin.
Spoon alternate layers of pistachio mixture and raspberries.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.

    1. Oups, no Laura. I put it off actually. Because with the horse, it was a little bit overdone, showy, ...Friends and family always give me advice for some specific pictures before I published them : the cake and the horse was definitely too much...Best, Sixte
