i-PAD VERSION
1 or 2 eggs – 1l of water.
In a saucepan,
bring water to the boil.
Stir the water with
a wooden spoon.
Crack an egg into
the boiling water.
Crack a second one
if you wish.
Count until 60. I
can’t hear you : one, two, three…that’s better.
At 60, lift eggs
out with a slotted spoon.
Enjoy !!!
