    1. Hi Tora. It's wiener (from Vienna). This is an Austrian dish from 19e Century. Some said that it came from Italy originally...Enjoy! Best, Sixte

    1. Thank you very much Polly. Of course, I do everything. First for the picture (as you can see, all the recipes have a picture), and second for their verdict. If they don't like it, then I discard the picture and do not post...The trouble is that now, they are becoming very peckish, so it is not always easy. My friends in France and London, try as well when it's cocktail or more refined dishes... Best, Sixte
