3 eggs – 125ml of milk – 100g of grated Gruyere
– 150g of flour – 11g of baking powder – 1 chorizo (diced) – 1 large green
pepper (diced) – 1 mozzarella (diced).
Pre-heat your oven
to 180°.
Wisk the eggs with
the flour and baking powder.
Add the milk,
Gruyere, Chorizo, Mozzarella and pepper.
Combine well.
Bake for 30
minutes.
