  1. Thanks god Sixte for your safe return. The fondant bauloi is to die for! The second death will come from caramel sauce. This is a double edge sword!!! Thank you, oh thank you Sixte. Chloe

  3. Are all the women in France slim? With le fondant like this one, they have to be or rather they used to be, but not anymore! Love the recipe! Miriam

    1. Yes Miriam. French women are slim in general. We eat absolutely everything but in small quantities. Same for the wine. A glass only and not everyday!!! Best, Sixte

  4. Did you play polo last weekend? The weather was OK. Do French play polo a lot? I love caramel sauce. Thank you Sixte. Stella

    1. No, I did not play. I was in France for my recipe. French do not play a lot because it is really exclusive. They do prefer jumping and dressage. Best, Sixte

  6. I am in the clothes shop and I am wondering what size dress should I buy with the view of eating your chocolate dessert today. Oh well, I will go for one size bigger! Elizabeth

    1. No Elizabeth, only a slice will do, so no bigger size. Best, Sixte

  7. Ladies, I think these desserts are for our kids first if all. We are allowed only a small piece each, as Sixte suggested. Let's keep our weight under control. Emma
