A little slice of watermelon (diced) – half an
avocado (diced) – the juice of 1 lime – 4 basil leaves (cut) – 1 handful of macadamia nuts – 1 handful of gem
lettuce salad – 1 little red onion chopped – 1 handful of blueberry.
On a bed of lettuce
salad, arrange the avocado with the watermelon, the blueberry and the macadamia
nuts. Sprinkle with the red onion, the lime juice and the basil. Toss to
combine with your own dressing. Serve.
5 strawberries – 5 mint leaves – 1 dash of
honey (chestnut for me) - the juice of 1 pink grapefruit – 1 banana.
Blend everything
together until smooth.
Serve.
Great looking salad and a dancing juice. I like it! Jane
